CAQC’s Code of Conduct emphasizes its commitment to fair, ethical and professional behaviour.
Consistent with the requirements outlined in Section 11 of the Alberta Public Agencies Governance Act and the Conflicts of Interest Act, CAQC’s Code of Conduct governs the professional and ethical responsibilities of Council members.
The Code is designed to ensure CAQC procedures and decision making are fair and ethical.
